STREAM...We've got it!
Hands-on learning, Interactive technology, and extra curricular opportunites (PJAS, K'nex, MathCounts, and many clubs) can be found for all students.
We begin each day with prayer as a school family, integrate kindness throughout our day, and attend Mass as a group every Friday.

Fine Arts
MCRS is committed to maintaining the fine arts in our curriculum. Classes include art, music, instrumental band and Spanish as a means of creating a well rounded student. As an extra curricular activity, we offer Drama. The students choose a dinner theater play, audition for the parts, learn techniques and design sets culminating in a Mystery Dinner Theatre performance as a fundraiser for the school.

Service
Our students and their families are dedicated to serving the Mon Valley and the entire area in many ways. Our students participate in numerous service clubs and activities including special Advent and Lent projects, the Chimbote Mission, parish projects and initiatives, the Leo Club (a division of Lion's Club International), and hold special fundraisers for numerous local causes.

Athletics & Physical Education
MCRS believes in the value of participating in team sports as well as encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
We partner with the Mon Valley YMCA for physical education classes, including swimming, for all students in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade.
In addition, we offer JV and Varsity Girls Volleyball, Coed Developmental Basketball, Girls JV and Varsity Basketball, Boys JV and Varsity Basketball, Cheerleading, and Coed Developmental and Varsity Spring Soccer.
For our younger students, we encourage participation in the Little Dribblers and Pep Squad programs.
